Not ready for Dad Bods! Workout with a baby
This week, we took some outside time for our small family. With the dogs cooped up inside for too long, we headed out for a long walk with Nox snug in her baby sling. The sun was shining, and it was the perfect day to enjoy some fresh air and quality time together.
After our walk, it was time to get back into our workout routine. Being away from home threw us off, but we’re determined not to let those dad bodies sneak up on us! We hit the forest for a workout, and Nox was a champ, sleeping peacefully the entire time.
As this is our last week in the Netherlands, we’re busy preparing the van for our return trip to France. The renovation of our French farmhouse is calling us, and we can’t wait to get back to work. Between packing and cleaning, we took Nox for another checkup. We’re thrilled to report that she’s growing perfectly, with a spot-on weight curve.
Next week, we’ll be back in France, and the renovation vlog will resume. We’re excited to return home and continue transforming our farmhouse into the perfect family home.
