Quantum Break is a latest, but not quite the greatest title Remedy Entertainment has let loose on the world. Do its high budget and production values elevate the criticisms levied its way? Does the fact that it's an experiment as a game justify making concessions for its deficiencies? What about the through-line of determinism their other games have maintained?
