My investigation work- PROJECT:;COLD and The Blood Doll Incident [血の人形事件] feat ZUTOMAYO
Project Cold is the name of a project that involves music and a story developed under the format of Alternate Reality Game, a format in which a fictional story takes place in the real world, this time using social networks to allow viewers to intervene in the story so that it can develop. Project Cold stars a band of 6 girls, called "MIYAKO MANJU" or occasionally called in abbreviated form as "MIYAMAN", whose members are: Hikari Sakuma, Shizuka Iwanaga, Reiko Aoshima, Nanano Ayashiro, Ichigo Mori and Riya Hoshino. The story is set in the real world and the present day of that time, which was November 1, 2020, and takes place in Roku Sengaoka Girls High School, Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Hikari Sakuma becomes the head of the high school's cultural festival committee, so she comes up with the idea of forming a musical band whose performance will be the headliner at the said festival. The focal point of the story is when Hikari and her friends discover something called "The Blood Doll Incident" and, at the same time, learn that such an event is happening in Hiratsuka. What is behind the incident? It's our time as a melting team to melt that Project Cold, and save those girls.
Way back when I first met Zutomayo, I would always see the conversations that many fans of this band had, about the secrets in the music videos, and that many were stunned when they found out that in Hunch Gray there were many secrets. At the time I didn't know much about it, but as I thoroughly researched this ARG, I became attached to their story and characters, despite being Vtubers and a band of pretty girls who sing and stuff. Proof that you should never judge a book by its cover.
