The asymmetries of a golf swing causes muscle imbalances, hip and lower back pain, therefore making golf more difficult over time.
When one hip is turned outward and the other turned inward, the pelvis of the golfer is rotated.
The Pelvic Clock® workout helps to restore proper hip alignment by stretching the area of your pelvis that has a limited range of movement, and strengthening the weak side of your core.
This is what you can do with the Pelvic Clock® Exercise Device:
1. Stretch your legs and place your feet flat on the wall.
2. Keep your shoulders firmly on the floor.
3. Rotate your pelvis to the left, dropping your left hip. Hold for 15-30 seconds.
4. Rotate your pelvis to the right, dropping your right hip. Hold for 15-30 seconds.
