With his career at I&M Bank spanning nearly two decades, John Muhoho , Card Systems Manager is not a stranger to the strides that we have made in product and technology innovation. As the first Bank in Kenya to introduce Prepaid cards, our pioneering heritage is reflective in our expansive range of affordable, industry leading card products (Credit, Debit and Prepaid) with a range of benefits including cash rewards, airport lounge access, travel insurance, multicurrency virtual wallets, access to over a million ATMs in over 210 countries worldwide and more. John recalls when our cards only featured magnetic strips before the age of the dual interface chip card which now also allows contactless payments. In line with our sustainability agenda and commitment to the environment, I&M Bank will be moving from 30% to 100% recycled plastic to produce all our cards in 2024.
