What is QUAD? Complete history
The Quadrilateral Security Dialogue commonly known as quad consists of four countries, Japan USA, Australia and India. Theis grouping first came together in 2004, after the tragedy of tsunami. Later, it was called as informal grouping in 2007 on the sidelines of ASEAN Regional Forum.
