BREAD | HOKKAIDO MILK BREAD | Tangzhong Method | Soft & Fluffy
This is an AMAZING sandwich or dinner roll bread. Super tender crumb, and an extended shelf-life thanks to the TANGZHONG method.
This is my first attempt at making this bread, and whilst I was really happy overall, there were a couple of areas of improvement which I touch on in this video.
