How To Make Tater Tots | Asta's Hage Tatoes | Black Clover | Anime Recipes
Asta, from Black Clover, loves potatoes (or tatoes as they call it).
I thought I'd try making tater tots and came across this recipe.

Ingredients
6 medium-sized potatoes
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper (adjust according to taste)
*2-4 cups oil for frying (adjust according to the size of your frying pan)
1. Peel and wash potatoes and place them in a saucepan with about 3-5 cups of cold water.
2. Parboil the potatoes: Bring to a boil and then turn off heat and let stand on the burner for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove from burner and cool completely (about 20-30 minutes).
4. Drain and rinse potatoes with cold water.
5. Grate the potatoes and with a cheesecloth, squeeze excess water.
6. In a bowl, add the shredded potatoes, all-purpose flour, garlic and onion powders, dill, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
7. Mix and roll into tots or balls.
To Fry:
Heat oil in a frying pan and gently place tots into the oil. Fry until golden brown.
To Bake:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread tots evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Flip over and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until done.
Makes about 12-16 tater tots.
