Description: This workshop will provide an introduction to Nyxus. We will look at the installation process, various API to feed images for feature extraction, how to use different output formats for storage and further processing of the features. We will also explore the available image features that Nyxus currently supports and also briefly talk about how this can be integrated in various ML workflow.
Pre-Workshop Instructions: Sample code for following along will be available in https://github.com/sameeul/I2K2023_Wo... before the workshop.
Users are encouraged to have conda installed in their system so that we can download and install it at the beginning of the workshop.
