Ingredients:
Cake:
5 eggs
150g white sugar
150g all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
Lemon zest
Filling:
1 tsp lemon zest
150ml pure lemon juice
130g white sugar
2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
15g cornstarch
100g unsalted butter
Swiss meringue:
100g egg whites
200g white sugar
Bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes
