Beef Short Rib Pancakes
So I seared it, braised it, pulled and rolled it in a homemade Peking Duck pancake.
Insane flavours and an absolute winner on the open-fire.
My local butcher called and said he’s got this amazing C-Grade carcass and would I like a specific cut. It was an easy choice.
I braised this beef short-rib for 4 hours in the weber braai with a homemade Asian sauce, pulled it and enjoyed it in homemade Peking pancakes.
