What an epic day out at the @capitalcraftbeerfest in Pretoria. We served over 800 meals. Smoked Pulled pork burgers by @theflyingpigsa Smoked Pulled Beef burgers and Chicken Wings by @impalabutchery. Thanks to @firesmiths and @biggysmallzspitmasters.
We rocked it Team. We smoked for 57 hours using 8 #herosmokerandgrill and +-90kg of the best @cuethebbq Lumpwood charcoal.
