RECIPE:
2 cups roasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp oil (neutral flavoured; I used safflower oil)
1. First, grind sesame seeds in a food processor for about 30-40 min. (I tried to see how long it takes for it to get smooth without oil and lost patience after 40 min.) Stop and scrape the sides every 5-8 min.
2. Add the oil and then blend until you get a smooth creamy texture, about 5 min.
Store in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator.
