We're calling on Congress to Impeach & Remove Donald Trump.
This is the night before the House of Representatives takes a vote to impeach Trump, we, in Colorado springs headed to Acacia Park to declare that Nobody Is Above the Law as representatives finalize their positions and senators look on.
We joined 617 historic nationwide mobilizations on the eve of Trump's impeachment vote.
The event was visible, family-friendly and public to demonstrate to our lawmakers that their constituents are behind them to defend the Constitution—and that Trump has left them no alternative to uphold their oath of office but to support impeachment and removal.
The mobilization was part of a massive, grassroots effort to ensure Congress holds Donald Trump accountable for using military aid to pressure Ukraine to interfere in our 2020 elections.
Protestors demanded that the House of Representatives fulfills its constitutional duty by impeaching Donald Trump and that the Senate remove him from office for attempting to rig the 2020 elections.
The message at the event was clear: Congress must show that no one—including the criminal in the White House—is above the law.
