MLK March Colorado Springs 2020
Monday, January 20, 2020 Colorado College hosted the “All People’s Breakfast,” from 8-10 a.m in Reid Arena, El Pomar Sports Center , featuring keynote speaker Ryan P. Haygood ’97, Esq. presenting “Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community?”; with performances by: "The Fellas,” featuring Bailey Hinton and special guest Kevin Daniels, AND the William J. Palmer High School Drumline, and CC student group Ellement.

That was followed by a community rally and march from 10 a.m.-noon; marching in unity to Acacia Park for a brief rally, featuring Tyrone Johnson, the William J. Palmer High School Drumline, Minister Earl Schaffer, Jr., True Spirit Baptist Church Choir, Nicholas Crutcher of the Cornerstone Group, Dr. Nathaniel Granger, Dr. Regina Lewis and Rosemary Lytle, president of the NAACP Colorado, Montana, Wyoming State Conference.
