Considering Crouton? Suggest installing with xiwi setting and crouton extension.Add window support
Crouton linux for chromebooks is pretty cool.
But if you're a first time user,... you may not heard about xiwi install setting with using Crouton extension? Why do this...
1. Open crouton linux within Chrome OS as a window. That alone is super cool.
2. The ability to copy and paste between chrome os and crouton.
I didn't realize how useful this was until I tried it.
NOTE: When running crouton in windows mode... I did not see a noticeable difference in performance.
