EP3: HOARDER CONDO TRANSFORMATION : PAINT AND MUDDING
In this video series - we will be doing a full transformation of a hoarder house. We will be doing a cleaning and renovation of this hoarder house. This is a house flip for a family friend so we are helping them out with this house transformation to be able to sell. Once we are done this is going to be one cool piece of real estate! Stay tuned to see the house transformation before and after!
In this episode - We take care of most of the paint. We begin by fixing all the drywall patches with mud. There is a lot of mud sanding and wall clean up. We then paint the old popcorn ceilings and finish up by painting the old walls. Since we suspected oil paint on the walls, we decided to start with a Killz PVA primer to cover that up. The place looks transformed when you look at a before and after.
