EP 1: HOARDER CONDO TRANSFORMATION : DEMOLITION
In this video series - we will be doing a full transformation of a hoarder house. We will be doing a cleaning and renovation of this hoarder house. This is a house flip for a family friend so we are helping them out with this house transformation to be able to sell. Once we are done this is going to be one cool piece of real estate! Stay tuned to see the hosue transformation before and after!
In this episode - I will run you through the project from top to bottom. We will go over the plans for this transformation series . Then we will be taking care of this renovation demolition. We will be doing some parquet flooring removal, some tile removal. We take down a couple of walls to open up the kitchen to get started on the kitchen remodel.
