In this episode we look back at our epic backyard transformation. We went from an empty dirt filled blank slate to a beautiful backyard deck attached to the house complete with modern privacy wall, natural gas BBQ, and wrap-around stairs. We have been using this deck and patio for the whole summer and we have been loving it. This video will show you the backyard patio makeover and some important things we learned along the way. These important backyard and patio tips and tricks were game changers for us. We will run through the deck design and give you a bunch of backyard patio ideas to create a beautiful outdoor living space. We then go back to April and see the process of building a deck attached to the house. We show you a few time lapses of the construction process as well as some how-to and DIY ideas. We did this backyard makeover on a budget - if you take the time to DIY you can finish with a beautiful outdoor living space that won't break the bank!
