The fifth of 30+ episodes showcasing our months of backpacking travel footage from the late months of 2021; "Over the course of four months, experience over twelve foreign countries & twenty different locations alongside Daniel & Zane with myself."
"For us, Amsterdam was a place of restoration, relaxation, healing. as it was only a few nights ago when Daniel had to press someone to get his stolen necklace back from a man who snatched it off from around his collar, being our 1 night in Brussels.
A group of friends from home were supposed to meet us in the city, but then came the classical covid restrictions. This was where we realized we needed to let go, to let it happen. To sit down and let the nature of travel run its course. we had long emotional nights in the parks. We had locals who we started to befriend.
& that song— Amsterdam. I’d wanted to use it to document the beauty of this place for so long. I remember hoppin' in those trams and watching as the groups of bikers would pass the thin building frames. A beauty of which I can never let go."
