Always Run a Program as Administrator Windows 10
In this video I explain how to always run a program as an administrator in Windows 10. This often fixes problems with programs.
STEPS:
0:18 Right-click the program or its shortcut, and click "Properties".
0:38 Go to the "Compatibility" tab
0:46 To always run the program as an administrator for the current user, check "Run this program as an administrator".
0:55 To always run the program as an administrator for all users on the computer, click "Change settings for all users" and then check "Run this program as an administrator".
1:10 Click "Apply" and then "OK" twice.
1:15 The next time (and all subsequent times) you go to run the program, you will receive a prompt asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Click "Yes".
1:28 If you receive a prompt asking "Did this program work correctly?" click "Yes".
