Downward dog is one stretch that I really like for pre-swim or post-cycle mobility
You can also include it as part of your daily mobility routine or as a single movement.
It stretches hamstrings, increases mobility in upper back and shoulders, relieves tension from neck and back, builds shoulder stability.
