Quick Steps (Future Posts):
Log into your WordPress dashboard
Go to Settings → Discussion
Uncheck “Allow people to submit comments on new posts”
Click Save Changes
Disable Comments on Existing Posts/Pages:
Go to Posts → All Posts
Click Screen Options (top right) → Enable Comments column
Select all posts → Bulk Actions → Edit → Apply
Change Comments to Do not allow → Update
