All the technical details of how they were shot and what equipment was used is there.

The last month and a half I've been spending a lot of time trying to refine and automate the dome and get everything working optimally. The weather hasn't been particularly kind, but I've managed to get out a bit of late.

I'll typically have been spending the first few hours getting gear configured to test different ways of operating, then the next 4-6 hours imaging.

The camera has been performing well, getting down to -20 degrees celcius every time without a sweat. The automatic focusing has finally started to work well in the software, and now an entire imaging session, from opening the dome, finding the target, plate solving, focusing, imaging through the night, doing the meridian flip, shutting down, parking the scope and then parking the dome, is now all automated. I can kick it off and go to bed (finally)!
