Ep 034 - Meridian Flip in Sequence Generator Pro
The Meridian Flip can be one of the most painful and annoying parts of an imaging session. It interrupts the imaging run, and is likely a big point of failure.
At best, it just wastes a bunch of time.
Automating it can alleviate a lot of the pain. Sequence Generator Pro does a good job of this, using Plate Solving to make sure you're back on track quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
This is a quick run-through of what happens during a Meridian Flip in SGP, and once you've got it working properly, you can let it go and know that you can do it confidently in future.
