In this part, we'll continue with the Makers' side quests. This time, we will complete two quests: The Lost Stone and part 1 of 4 of Thane's quest.
The Lost Stone quest was given to Death by the Warden (part 5). The Lost Stone is named Oran, and it is located in the Fjord. Death can use the Maker's Key to awaken him from his slumber. Oran will give Death a fragment of his Heartstone to help find and awaken the missing parts of his body. He will also ask Death to find and bring him the Maker's Chronicle, a book that contains the history of the Makers. To achieve this, Death will need the Shaman's help.
The other side quest is given to Death by Thane, but it will only be available if you challenge and defeat Thane. Thane's quest requires Death to find and defeat four different creatures to prove his fighting skills. In this part, we will face the first creature, Gorewood. This creature resides in a small dungeon in the Weeping Crag area.
In this part, Death will collect one Boatman coin, one page from chapter 2 of the Book of the Dead, one Power Stone, one skill point, and a legendary weapon called the Gorewood Maul. There are no trophies in this part.
