DARKSIDERS || Deathinitive Edition Part 10 - The Eternal Throne - Deathinitive Difficulty - NO COMMENTRAY
This section follows Death's journey from the Tree of Death to the Eternal Throne in search of the Lord of Bones. After crossing into the Kingdom of the Dead, Death is informed by Ostegoth, one of the characters in this world, that to redeem humanity, he must reach the Well of Souls. The only one who can help him get there is the King of the Dead, also known as the Lord of Bones. Therefore, Death must find a way to reach the Eternal Throne, where the Lord of Bones slumbers.
The enemies in this realm differ from those in the Forge Lands, with most being skeletons. While these enemies are easy to defeat initially, they will become stronger as Death ventures deeper into the Kingdom of the Dead. Along the way, there are only a few collectibles for Death to find: 4 Boatman Coins, 1 Mystic Stone, a new Vulgrim location, 1 Skill Point, a new combat move from Draven called Flipsaw, and two relics belonging to Ostegoth (Etu-Goth and Khagoth).
Upon reaching the Eternal Throne and speaking with the Chancellor, Death will unlock a new Bronze Trophy. The "Lord of Bones" Bronze Trophy will be awarded after Death finishes his conversation with the Chancellor.
Death must take the journey to an area called Serpent's Peak, from where he can summon the Eternal Throne. Unfortunately, when Death arrives in the Eternal Room, where the Lord of Bones resides, the Chancellor will not allow him entry. Like all kings, the King of the Dead requires a special "ticket" to be seen. To obtain this, Death must defeat the champion of the Gilded Arena and claim his golden skill as a ticket to meet the Lord of Bones.
During his time in the Eternal Throne, Death will encounter two new characters: Draven, a trainer similar to Than, who offers new combat moves, and the Chancellor.
