If you play a physical damage build you probably hate physical reflect maps. But someone has just gone public with a trick to make a character almost unkillable in phys reflect maps.

How it works:
Be a Jugg, allocate Untiring and Divine Shield
Roll your maps and Eldritch invites to have phys reflect
Spec at least 100% physical reflect mitigation (Yugul pantheon, Elder chests, Physical Mastery, right ring slot Sibyl's Lament, etc, ideally have 110% or more of this stat)
Be immune to shock (Tubexi achieves this with Purity of Elements, you can use other methods, but if you do not, you need much more than 100% reflect mitigation)
If you suffer 100k reflected phys damage, you will prevent it all - and gain 1500 life regen per second for 10 seconds, as well as 3000 ES regen for 4 seconds.
Multiple instances of this all apply, it's not just the biggest one
