It's now confirmed, Defiance of Destiny has had a big rarity jump (from tier 1 to tier 0). In 3.24 it is now as rare as Kaladra's Touch, Mageblood or Bino's Kitchen Knife.

Wouldn't surprise me if it goes up in price from here, item is really good, and there's a lot more players making 200+ divines a league than there once were.
