🥚 Methods Covered in This Video:

Soft-Boiled Eggs (7 minutes)
Bring water to a gentle boil (not too aggressive).
Lower eggs gently into the water with a spoon.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Transfer immediately into an ice bath for at least 15 minutes.
Peel gently for a jammy yolk.

Medium-Boiled Eggs (9 minutes)
Same method as above.
Cook for 9 minutes.
Chill in ice water, then peel.

Hard-Boiled Eggs (12 minutes)
Same method as above.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Chill in ice water, then peel for firm yolks.

Fried Eggs (Sunny-Side Up)
Heat a nonstick pan on medium-low heat.
Add olive oil (avoid butter to prevent browning).
Crack the egg on a flat surface, then gently add to the pan.
Cook on low heat (8-10 min) until the whites set.
Season with salt and pepper at the end.

Poached Eggs
Crack egg into a small strainer to remove excess liquid.
Gently slip egg into simmering (not boiling) water.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the whites are set but yolk is runny.
Remove carefully with a slotted spoon.

Scrambled Eggs
Melt butter in a pan on low to medium heat.
Add eggs directly (don’t pre-whisk).
Stir continuously with a wooden spoon, moving pan on and off the heat.
Stop cooking when eggs are slightly underdone (carryover heat will finish).
Add a little butter at the end for silky texture.
Season with salt right before serving.

Classic French Omelet
Use 3 eggs in a 6-inch nonstick pan with butter.
Pour in eggs and stir constantly, keeping the pan moving.
Cook until eggs are 50% set (still loose and creamy).
Add fillings (cheese, herbs, pre-cooked vegetables).
Gently fold the omelet into shape.
Slide onto a plate for a smooth, tender finish.
