To prepare this dish, we will need:
Chicken thighs - 750 g
Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Ground white pepper - 1/2 tsp
Sea salt to taste
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
Onions - 250 g
Potatoes - 750 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp for frying the onions and 1 tbsp for greasing the pan.
