From the creator:
"I can't quite believe I'm about to write this, after all these long years, but welcome, one and all, to DOSAGE, my final Halo 1 launching video. This project is the realization of a near 20-year old dream. A collection of the best launches I've ever landed, possibly some of the best ever landed. I hope you enjoy!

STORY
This project started way back when I was in high school. I dreamt up a list of the most outrageous launches I could imagine and quickly set out to land them. Success came swiftly, but unfortunately, so did failure. I ran into a pair of impossible launches that shattered my confidence, then I lost several of my best launches to a technical error, and finally, all the footage was lost.

The project was too painful and too intimidating to revisit after that. And there it sat, effectively abandoned for years, until one day, an invitation was sent my way. I was tasked with providing footage for a video called Project Resurgence, so I took a couple ideas off the Dosage list. I later landed the tricks again, with a couple fresh ones peppered in, for a video that would eventually become "Snippet."

During this time, I also released a video called "Unique", which was comprised of several of my more inventive ideas, some of which came from Dosage as well. Finally, after that came "Schema", where I turned the dial up a little more. I landed a couple more launches from Dosage, at which point, something occurred to me.

The only thing left to do at this point was to tackle Dosage itself. It was far less scary now after having been chipped away at for so long, so I decided to go for it, one more time. Naturally, a month after I started, with only a handful of launches left to land, 343 Industries released an update for MCC that made grenade piles disappear, killing the project once more.

I was severely dejected at that point, knowing for a fact that the issue would never be addressed, much less fixed. Then, a little idea popped into my head. What if I got a second computer, installed MCC onto it, then down patched both games. Could I connect over LAN? To my genuine amazement, it actually worked, so I got back to work.

I finished the bulk of the video with incredible speed. The introduction of the Acrophobia skull was a complete miracle. It made setups take far less time. Even so, a couple of these launches were among the hardest tricks I've ever attempted. For a time, I didn't think I would ever land them, until one day, they just happened, and the video that I talked about and dreamed about for years, was finally over.

Even back in the day, it was my intention for this to be my final launching video. How appropriate after all this time that it still gets to be my final video, possibly the last of its kind as well. These are the last and greatest of my launch ideas in Halo 1. I'm very proud of them, and I couldn't be more pleased with how all this turned out.

LITTLE MANN! Thank you for taking the time to test the down patch with me. This project wouldn't have gotten off the ground without you.
My perfect, darling wife, for lending me her Steam account for this project.
Lone Starr, Rockslider and Ms.Man for landing launches I wanted to for this project, saving me the trouble in the end :D Uzny, you're also a god.
Everyone at High Impact Halo. There's too many for me to thank. But my infinite love to all my fellow HIH trickers who inspired me over the years. I've always stood on the shoulders of giants, and this video is dedicated to you all.
And to the people we've lost along the way. It's heart breaking knowing that some people I knew all those years ago when I dreamt up this project are no longer here. I intend to keep them in my heart forever.
Thank you to all my friends who never gave up on me and stuck around. I love you all forever.
And thank you for watching! It's been a beautiful life lived tricking in this game."
