Coffee mousse: easy and ready in just a few minutes!
INGREDIENTS
100g (3/4 cup) of ice
20g (2 tbsp) of instant coffee
80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Cocoa powder
METHOD
1. Add the ice, instant coffee, sugar, and milk to the food processor and mix until become nice and fluffy.
2. Serve coffee mousse in glasses and decorate with cocoa powder.
