Before you get depressed this autumn
With your yearly holiday probably behind us, the next best thing to look forward to is Christmas, some 100 days in the future, with your next holiday 11 months* (on average) away.
Yesterday we had the equinox, one of the 2 days a year when day is equal to night in most places on Earth. Daylight is now becoming shorter in one hemisphere and longer in the other
This reminds me of human life - we all have a mix of light and dark days, of good and bad.
Having bad days makes us trully appreciate the good ones!
