OTXO (pronounced "oh-cho") is a top-down action game that is clearly inspired by the likes of Hotline Miami; however, it has it's own twists and turns to the formula by turning the game into a roguelite rather than a level-by-level arcade experience. You have a health bar for actually being able to take damage, a larger mix of weapons that you can choose to activate, a drink system that can give you a variety of helpful perks, and the focus ability, which allows you to slow the game down if you have the meter for it.
There are 8 areas that you need to complete (40 rooms in total). There are set room types (150 apparently) and bosses; however, you will not see all room types in a single run and the boss order may get mixed up on a per-run basis as well. To top it off, enemies become more aggressive and difficult to deal with as you progress in the mansion, which you can see within the subtitles of entering a new area. In any case, this is a standard run of the game. Ignore the point where I click on Continue. This run starts from the beginning of the mansion and you can tell because the first drink you receive for a run is free. I just didn't start on the beach. Here are the timestamps:

Overall, I enjoyed the game quite a bit; however, my biggest complaint is being shot from off screen, which is inherent with the large map design unfortunately. This was one of my biggest complaints with Hotline Miami 2 in particular. It's more forgiving since you can actually take damage, but I can't control my salt levels when I'm being hit by something that I can't see. It hurts the pacing of the game and it feels terrible to hope and pray if you don't have red arrows to point out enemy locations. I also despise one of the bosses in particular (I'll point it out), but that's probably more of skill issue. Or maybe not. I don't know.
In any case, this was on Twitch as always, so don't expect perfection. Or great gameplay. Or good gameplay. It's gameplay. Definitely some of the gameplay of all time.
