00:11 STREETS OF WEST PRYOR – 1020 NW PRYOR ROAD
Streets of West Pryor is getting three new restaurants on the north end of the shopping center. First is 30hop Bar and Grill which will offer a wide selection of craft brews, modern American fare and an energetic atmosphere. Next is the Chinese hand-pulled noodles restaurant, Magic Noodles. Menu options include noodle and rice bowls, fried rice and other Chinese cuisine. Finally, the fast-casual Greek food chain, Nick the Greek, will be offering pork belly pitas, falafel bowls and other Greek food. Restaurants are slated to open late 2024 and early 2025.
00:39 ELLIS GLEN - 106 SW MARKET ST.
Located on the edge of Downtown, the 37,000-square-foot mixed-use Ellis Glen will offer commercial space and 26 residential units, varying from studio to two-bedroom apartments. Tenants and residents will have the opportunity to walk to the farmers market and historic downtown in 2025.
00:56 NEW HIGHWAY PATROL - 1815 NE INDEPENDENCE AVE.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A’s Headquarters on Northeast Colbern Road near 291 Highway is underway! Moving headquarters gives them more space, places them next to the Missouri Department of Transportation’s district office, alleviates traffic congestion and allows a new interchange to be built at 291 and Highway 50. The scheduled completion of the project is April 2025.
01:15 EXPRESS OIL – 200 SW GREENWICH DRIVE
Express Oil is coming to south Lee’s Summit on Southwest Raintree Drive next to 150 and 291 Highways. The auto care shop offers oil changes, tire repair and other services. It is slated to open in early 2025.
01:27 DENTAL DEPOT – 1501 NE RICE ROAD
Dental Depot is coming to Northeast Rice Road and Northeast Mulberry Road off of 291 Highway. The development will feature a historic train depot aesthetic including train-related features like a railroad crossing arm, a water tower and a model train. The dental building will be completed in 2025.
