To reduce CO2 emissions the fleet plays a crucial role. Many postal operators have embarked on a transformation strategy with ambitious goals to only use electric vehicles in the future. Beside this transformation, postal operators must address several challenges, including infrastructure and charging of EVs. Long term strategies in fleet transformation are key to a successful and sustainable transformation process. This particularly applies to the roll-out of an efficient and smart network of charging stations.
In this online event we discussed fleet transformation strategies which entail fleet composition, necessary infrastructure, and the planning of a smart charging infrastructure.
