🌞 HI EVERYONE. today I wanted to talk a little about the pressures of studying at university or college. this video applies to all work situations though, so not only to college students. this video is an opportunity for compassion and empathy, and also an invitation to slow down and prioritise wellbeing and our health. because we are worth it. let me know your thoughts down below!
