Accutane Diary: Day 51 (Week 8, Month 2)
It's day 51, week 8 and month 2 on my Accutane treatment. I'm on Claravis but, the drug is Isotretinoin. I'm on two pills of 30mg, so 60mg. I have only have one pimple on my face. I've also have on the my head and one small one on my back. I recently started using Dove Unscented Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar. I really like it, but it has been clogging my pores and giving me blackheads. I'm either going to get Vanicream Cleansing Bar or Eucerin Redness Relief Cleanser. If any of you know a good cleanser then comment, I would love to have some recommendations. My skin has been very dry and itchy, along with my eyes. I have gauges and I had a hard time gauging up the other day and that might be a result from Accutane, I'm not quite sure though. My feet are pealing and getting dry again, because I've been slacking on putting Vaseline on them at night. I've also been slacking on spraying my nose with Saline spray and then moisturizing with Anti-biotic cream so my nose has been getting very dry and has been cracking but I didn't let it get too bad so it's basically not a problem anymore.
