I woke up behind beach dressroom at Caorle beach. It was a tough windy and sandy night, but I am glad I survived another day.
While tired I went to explore local lighthouse and was amazed by beauty of the city. I decided to stay a little longer in Caorle to see its colorful houses and experience vibrant atmosphere.
Then I had to go back to park i was scouting night before to setup my hammock and get few hours of sleep. Rested I decided to book a hotel in Jesolo due to empty power banks.
I biked there as fast as possible so i can enjoy shower, comfortable bed and a air conditioner for the first time after a week of wild camping in Italian wilderness.

EuroVelo 8 (EV8), named the Mediterranean Route, is a 7,560 km long EuroVelo long-distance cycling route running from Cadiz, Spain to Athens, Greece, and then continuing to İzmir, Turkey and to the island of Cyprus. The route runs east-west across Europe mainly along or close to the Mediterranean coast, passing successively through 12 countries: Spain, France, Monaco, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey, and Cyprus
Caorle is a coastal town in the Metropolitan City of Venice, Veneto, northern Italy, located between the estuaries of the Livenza and Lemene rivers. It is situated on the Adriatic Sea between two other tourist towns, Eraclea and Bibione.
Caorle is a small city, but is frequented by tourists in all seasons. The old town centre is still structured as a little Venetian corner, with its coloured houses, its "calli" and "campielli". During the summer many family-oriented activities take place on its long beach. Others are organized in its lagoon (an example of Venetian lagoon), where many characteristic traditional "casoni" still stand
Jesolo is a seaside resort town and comune in the Metropolitan City of Venice, Italy of 26,447 inhabitants. With around six million visitors per year, Jesolo is one of the largest beach resorts in the country, and ranks 7th overall as a tourist destination, and fourth (behind Rimini, Cavallino-Treporti, San Michele al Tagliamento/Bibione) most popular Italian seaside resort. With 204,711.4 visits per thousand inhabitants, it is also one of the 50 Italian towns with the greatest tourist pressure. Its 15 kilometre long beaches and proximity to central Europe make it a favourite destination of many German, Austrian, Dutch and French visitors.
The city's economy is mostly based on tourism. Jesolo is a seaside resort with abundant holiday facilities and its 15-kilometre (9 mi) beach called Lido di Jesolo. At the height of its touristic life, Jesolo was hosting 6.5 million tourists per year.
