Cherry dumplings / Strawberry dumplings / Apricot dumplings
Today we are preparing a national Ukrainian dish - dumplings. Vareniki are very popular in many countries. And this is not surprising. What could be better than delicious homemade dumplings? Dumplings turn out hearty bright and incredibly tasty. The dough is thin, tender, and the filling is mmm fragrant cherries, ripe strawberries and honey apricots, what could be better than this berry mix.
Test recipe:
Flour-400ml
Salt-1 tsp
Olive oil-1st.l.
Water or juice -200ml 95C
Filling apricot, strawberry + (2 tsp sugar), cherry + (8 tsp sugar)
