Ingredients
Bajra flour: 1 cup
Wholewheat flour: ½ cup
Salt: 1 ½ teaspoon
White sesame seeds: 3 tablespoons
Red chili powder: 3 teaspoons
Grated garlic: 2 teaspoons
Castor sugar: 2 tablespoons
Kasturi methi: 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
Dahi/Yogurt: 1 cup
Oil for frying
Method
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Then add the curd and oil and knead into a dough.
Form small flat disks, 1-inch diameter.
Fry for a few minutes, until golden brown.
Your Methi Bajri Na Vada is ready to serve. Enjoy!
