⚙️ - Configure Your Settings
There are loads of options in the settings section of Apollo. However, before you access any additional settings, we recommend you. Review your general account info for accuracy.
Then move over to your email settings, where we recommend you leave "click tracking" disabled to start. Click tracking can harm your email deliverability, and we want to do everything in our power to ensure your emails' reliability reaches their destination.
📫 - Add a Mailbox
Once you've configured your general settings, you can add a mailbox. All you have to do here is select "Link Mailbox," add the email address you'll be using and agree to the terms of service.
You can link up to five email accounts in Apollo, and you should take advantage of doing so because multiple accounts will allow you to send out more emails.
☎️ - Configure the Dialer
With the in-app dialer, you can make and receive phone calls directly from Apollo. This allows you to contact the leads you prospect on the platform. Additionally, you can enable automatic call recording, transcriptions, and CRM logging.
