Bell's Palsy is a symptom of paralysis that usually occurs suddenly on one side of the face and can last for days or weeks.

The cause of Bell's Palsy is currently unknown. However, many believe that prolonged exposure to cold air on the face is one cause. Others suggest that a viral infection is a cause of Bell's Palsy.
