The Best Zombie Game Ever Made
Project Zomboid is an incredible game. It’s that zombie survival simulator that everybody wants, but I feel like most people don’t know about.
Project Zomboid was first released on April 25th, 2011 as a tech demo by a group of 4 people known as The Indie Stone, and I actually remember seeing screenshots of the game posted on an image board pretty early on. Maybe even that week.
I was immediately intrigued, because back then there wasn't a new zombie game seemingly released every other day. Shots fired.
Project Zomboid is of course still in development, but its had a big spike in its player base this year and it still has a lot of room to grow; so hopefully this video convinces at least one of you to pick it up.
I start by covering the game's mechanics, and then I show you some gameplay by taking you through one of my typical runs in this zombie infested hellscape.
Join me and travel among the twists and turns of a zombie survival simulator so detailed that accidentally putting a fork in the microwave will surely burn down every house within a 2 mile radius.
This isn't your typical zombie game, this is Project Zomboid.
