Add a Custom Name to your KoBoToolbox Form
Hello Fellow Aid, Development & Social Data Practitioners!
Did you know there are 2 different names for your KoBoToolbox or ODK form?
The first name is the name you see at the top of the form when you open it in Enketo (the webform) or when you click on ‘Fill Blank Form’ in the Collect app.
The second name is the name you see when you go to look at the list of forms in ‘View Sent Form’ or ‘Edit Saved Form’ or ‘Edit Finalized Form’ on your phone’s Collect app. Or when you save a ‘draft’ submission in your browser when using Enketo.
Confused?
Yes - it’s confusing!!
And I wonder if sometimes you get lost and confused when searching for a past form to re-open and edit!
But today I’m going to show you how to edit and customise your form names so that you’ll never confuse yourself again!
