MY FIRST HALF MARATHON| AUSTIN MARATHON 2023
Today was my first ever half marathon! Join me for a snippet of what happened on this day Sunday February 19, 2023. In life we are confronted with challenges everyday! Will I be able to cross the finish line? This will be a challenge of a lifetime!
My attire included:
-Helmet Liner Sweat Wicking Skull Cap-Black Beanie. Ultimate Performance Moisture Wicking. By French Fitness Revolution (Purchased on Amazon)
-Victoria Secret Cotton Wireless Lounge Bra (L), Black (Surprisingly supportive and extremely comfortable..purchased months ago)
-Victoria Sport by Victoria Secret's Workout Pants Grey & Black Size M
(Purchased years ago from Victoria Secret's)
Champion Moisture wicking super light weight black & grey jacket with peep holes for the thumb along with several zip pockets Size M (purchased years ago)
-Short Sleeve Super soft to the skin Bella Canvas T-Shirt (my teen daughter’s logo school volleyball team spirit support shirt…I wore to all of her games. I buy a new shirt, every season with every sport she gets into).
-Black Stretchy Gloves (I have no clue where I purchased these but they are very old and still look brand new...also kept my fingers warm)
Black Hanes low cut ankle socks in the bundle bag Size 9-11 (Purchased at Walmart)
White Short Sleeve Under Armor T Shirt given to all participants of the Austin Marathon over my Champion light weight jacket with the thumb holes.
-North Face Light weight hooded Black jacket (a very old gift but still keeps me warm)
-Addias Black Running Shoe Kaptir 2.0 (a year old-purchased at DSW) Size 8.5 in Men's
SPECIAL NOTE Surly you don't need to wear as many (layered ) clothes that I wore....but I am always cold! I didn't get over heated either. I was comfortable and warm.

-Rupumpack Pink & Gray 3 Liter Water Back Pack with pockets/pouches & a zippered compartment (Purchased on Amazon)
