Learning to meditate can bring you great peace and happiness. We can all learn to meditate. It's not difficult. A common misconception is that meditating requires emptying your mind or avoiding distractions when you're trying to focus on, for example, your breath. In reality, it's not possible to completely empty your mind, and it wouldn't be beneficial if other thoughts didn't arise during meditation. There's no need to suppress these thoughts or judge yourself. These thoughts are essential for observing the contents of our mind and learning to relate to them with greater clarity and peace.

In this video for beginners and experienced meditators, you can learn to "link" your mind when it wanders and help it enter the present moment without forcing or suppressing it. You can also learn to accept and love yourself as you are, while finding inspiration to continue cultivating your inner resources. Learning to work with your attention and intention is one of your superpowers. It will transform your life, your health, and your relationship with yourself and those around you. The video includes a short guided meditation, reflection materials, and two contemplative movements from China's ancient tradition to find peace even amidst difficulties and flourish with self-acceptance and love.
