Quick & Easy Garlic Butter Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
2 butterfly pork chops sliced in half pounded and tenderized
1 egg
2 tbsp of corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 tbsp of butter
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp curry powder
½ tsp of chili flakes
1½ cups of heavy cream
cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Add the chops, egg, corn starch, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Put a generous amount of oil in a preheated pan and fry until the meat is golden brown.
Remove the chops and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the butter and allow it to melt down.
Place the garlic, turmeric/curry, and chili flakes in. Saute for a couple of minutes until the spices activate.
Pour the cream in and bring it to a boil.
Put the pork back in, and allow it to simmer for about five minutes while spooning the sauce over the meat. Garnish with cilantro/parsley and serve.
