Print #4 | Hooks (an Actually Useful Outcome!)

Check out the latest print from my Sunhokey Prusa i3 3D Printer (2015 edition). This was a pair of hooks I designed to hang my granny shopping cart in my storage closet. These are actually the second iteration of the prints as the first ones were too narrow and were leaving marks in the foam of the cart grip. I printed these at a 0.3mm layer height (a new setting for me). The hot end temperature was a bit low and I got poor layer adhesion for the first half of the print but bumping up the temp by 10 degrees made it smooth and solid. Since there is not much weight on the hooks the poor adhesion is fine but not as pretty as I would like.
